The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The pillows were flat.

I would stay here again if ever in the area. Breakfast could have been a little more but other than that, all was well. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat. All in all, we had a pleasant experience. ...read more

convienent to resturants/horse racing & freeway

placed a wake up call & no one ever called me & no phone service until after 7:00AM

The hotel was fine for just a nights stay, but long term it's not very roomy. The door to the outside of the building was kept open all night by our room door & I didn't feel real comfortable with knowing someone could walk right in. Also no water pressure or hot water without turning some dials? Not sure what's up w/that. ...read more

The fact that me, and everyone I know will never be a patron of this hotel!

Everything!

The woman at the front desk said 'sorry there are no rooms available'. They did not even offer to find me a room at a another hotel! My friends and I found a room at the Comfort Inn down the street.
